About these terms

By using https://designdev.biz or instructing Design Dev, you agree to these terms. Project work is also governed by the proposal, quote or contract we issue for that brief.

Services

We provide web, eCommerce, software, AI, mobile, cloud, design, marketing and branding services as described on this website and in your proposal. Descriptions on the site are informational and not a binding offer until we confirm scope in writing.

Quotes, payment and changes

Quotes are valid for the period stated (or 30 days if none is stated). Payment terms, milestones and change-request costs are set out in the proposal. Late invoices may pause work.

Your responsibilities

You must provide timely access, content, feedback and approvals. Delays on your side can move timelines. You confirm you have the right to use materials you supply to us.

Intellectual property

Until invoices are paid in full, we retain IP in the work we create. After payment, you receive the licence or assignment described in the proposal. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Liability

The website is provided as-is. For project work, our liability is limited as set out in the proposal and, where permitted, will not exceed fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
