Do you do user research?

Enough to decide. We will not run a three-month ethnography for a landing page. For products, we research the jobs and the unhappy paths.

Do you only work in Figma?

Figma is the default. Handover includes specs, tokens and behaviour notes — not a pretty file with unnamed layers.

Can you work with our in-house developers?

That is the point. Engineering in the room from IA onward.

Can you design web and app together?

Yes, with shared tokens where it is honest. Platform chrome still differs — we will not paste an app onto a marketing site.

How long does a UI/UX project take?

A marketing site system can be weeks once content is sketched. Product UX is phased. Share the surface (site, app, dashboard) for a realistic cut.

Do you handle accessibility?

Baseline. WCAG-minded patterns, contrast, focus and labels — not a certificate mill.

Do you stay after handover?

Yes. Design QA through build, and iteration once real users arrive. Products change; the system should too.

Do you also build the front-end?

What does UI/UX cost in London?

Depends on surface area, research depth and whether engineering is in-house. Share the product and users for a tailored proposal.

Do we always need wireframes first?
